Refund Policy

Evvanto provides bespoke planning, production, travel and hospitality services. Refund and cancellation terms therefore depend on the work commissioned and the commitments already made for each engagement.

Service engagements

Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation right and refund entitlement will be stated in the proposal, booking document or service agreement accepted for the relevant engagement.

Work already performed

Where planning, design, research, procurement, booking or production work has already been performed, fees relating to completed work may remain payable in accordance with the agreed terms.

Supplier commitments

Payments made or committed to venues, hotels, carriers, artists, production partners or other suppliers may be governed by the supplier's own cancellation and refund rules. Amounts that cannot be recovered from a supplier may not be refundable by Evvanto.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an engagement, contact us as early as possible. We will review the agreed terms, work completed and supplier commitments, then explain the available options in writing.
